
International Human Resource Management (IHRM) is a course that examines the management of human resources in multinational and cross-cultural contexts. The course focuses on how HR policies and practices are designed and implemented across different countries, taking into account cultural, legal, economic, and institutional differences.
Students study key areas such as global staffing, international recruitment and selection, expatriate management, performance appraisal, compensation, training and development, and employee relations in international organizations. The course also addresses current challenges in IHRM, including globalization, workforce diversity, ethical standards, and the impact of digital technologies on HR practices.
The aim of the course is to develop students’ ability to analyze and manage human resources effectively in international companies and to prepare them for professional work in a global business environment.
